Get Moving on Your Allyship Plan
We believe that creating an allyship plan is essential in today's society to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
It is important to recognize that allyship is not just a one-time action, but a continuous effort that requires an intentional plan.
Which is why on this week's episode of Making the Shift, we are sitting down with Dr. Jennifer Hutton to discuss why creating an allyship plan is critical and how we can get moving on implementing that plan.

Dr. Jennifer Hutton (aka Dr. JPop) is a pediatric physical therapist and founder of the Building Allyship Membership.
This quote by Dr. Jennifer Hutton tells you everything you need to know:
"I could lead with where I went to school (Loma Linda University), the highest degree I've attained (Doctorate), or how long I've been practicing as a physical therapist (10 years), but at the end of the day these things are not what matters. What matters most is my passion for helping build up strong children, no matter their level of ability".
We are honored to be able to sit down with her this week.
